How to Make Spring Flowers in 5 Steps

  1. Prepare all the materials and start folding the papers in order to make the spring flowers. We need to shape a paper and make it into a square shape. You need to fold the square in half.

2. After folding it in half, mark the one-third from the top of the left edge on the paper. You may use a ruler or just do some estimates. Fold the bottom part of the paper up towards the 1/3 point that you marked earlier. Check out the photos.

3. Now, you need to fold the bottom left corner too over the right edge. And then fold down the right corner towards the left edge, see photos for clearer detail.

4. Now you need to cut on the horizontal edge on the paper. You also need to draw an arc. The arc should start from the top left of the wedge down to the opposite side about half of an inch. This will be the shape or curves on your paper petals. Then you need to cut that. See photos.

5. Now let us unfold the paper. You will notice the 5 petal spring flower design. Cut a circle from any paper with another color to make its background. Use the glue or stapler to put them together. You can also attach them all together or make them appear on a single file or single line depending on your design needs.
